Since the start of summer ☀️ , my Saturday routine has included @bodyfuelroc . Owners Bridget & Bobby fuel my post-workout sweat sessions 💪🏼 reviving me for the rest of the day! Always smiling and super passionate about their business, I love coming to see them each week. My routine now include a butt-kicking 🤜🏼BURN workout by @skmfit at @rocandsoul_fitness , the perfect morning start for me. Do you kick your weekends off with a calorie burner or are you sleeping 😴 in on Saturday’s? (PS, eating, working out and sleeping are 3 of my favorite things, so no judgement here!)
A few weeks back I walked into @voulasgreeksweets with my friend Marie. Our intent was to share about the food along with some beautiful photos in a short blog post. As My fingers hit the keyboard I realized that’s not how I wanted to share my thoughts. I found myself digging deeper, inspired by Voula’s and my own family. The new blog post, up now, is more than a food share. It’s more than my connection to being Greek. It’s not surface level. It’s about why I’m here today, my inspiration and my family.
