Welcome! My name is Stef. Come travel and eat with my as I explore the incredible food, sights, and happenings in Rochester, the FLX region, and beyond.

How it all started

In a lot of ways, you could say that food was at the center of everything for me. My family immigrated to the United States from Greece and Macedonia and growing up, we often came together over big meals at my grandparents’ dinner tables. I learned about food through the eyes of my family. We always used ingredients we grew ourselves, fresh and straight from the garden and some of my fondest early memories are of cooking with my loved ones.

And that leads me to where I am today. I love to travel, taste, and adventure with my husband, experiencing all of the delicious food and culture this region (and beyond!) has to offer.
